Global: Pope and Imam ‘would make horrible couple’
But no tongue, OK?
POPE Benedict and Imam Ahmed Mohamed el-Tayeb would be a really horrible couple, it has been confirmed.
The pair were depicted kissing passionately in a Benetton advert, raising the prospect of them getting together to form one big ball of judgemental hate.
Nikki Hollis, a relationship consultant, said: “You’d invite them over and they would sit there making barbed comments about everything until you felt like a total shit.
“They’d finish each other’s sentences and give each other knowing glances about the food. It would be like having dinner with Richard and Judy.”
She added: “Eventually they wouldn’t have any friends anyway and then they’d just sit in their front room making little lists.”
Meanwhile the Vatican has condemned the advert because it showed the Pope kissing a man who is not a child molester.

Religious Atrocities 
Thanks for your comment. The ‘atrocity’ is more to do with the Pope’s reaction to the campaign than the faked photos. And the description in the blog slogan does include ‘follies’. The Catholic Church has such a long record of generating and exploiting fakes that it seems a little churlish of it to object to this one. Anyway, since the majority of the postings in this blog relate to death, maiming, mutilation and oppression I like to lighten the mood occasionally. But thank you for your appreciation.

Even if the Pope was french kissing someone I wouldn’t consider it a “Religious Atrocity”. It wastes my time. I also don’t like to hear my religious friends quote an obviously fabricated article, they are the ones who will use this against you, cutting on your credibility.
PS. I do have a sense of humor and I by far appreciate most of the articles you share.
